Huge effort this season! Joining forces with Women, Food and Agriculture Network to amplify our reach to socially disadvantaged farmers in the Midwest USA region. Our farm residency program includes a chef, a writer, a painter and a beginning farmer. Apply by FEB 28th 2026
Breaking bread with 155 farmers (Down at the Farms, FAIRBURY IL) is super meaningful when we learn that the bread is made from ancient grains these farmers grow! More info on the food cooperative coming soon!
What is Accelerator Soup Kitchen, you ASK!?? Can you imagine a kitchen where seasoned chefs fast-track farmers to developing recipes for an added stream of farm revenue in just a few weeks time? We can! And we are calling it Accelerator Soup Kitchen 🧡 Coming in 2027
