Do you offer mentee residency ?
Yes, we have 5 room and board positions available on a continuous cycle to fill our 'Resonancy' program. We invite 1 chef, 1 farmer, 1 writer, 1 artist and 1 horitculture therapy professional each season to participate. Full season is March 1 to Oct 31st. There is no cost to the mentee when a full sponsor is attained through our fundraising effort the previous season. Candidates may raise their own sponsorship dollars to participate.
Are you accepting mentee applications?
Our five slots for beginning farmer mentorship are filled for 2026 and are pending adequate sponsorship dollars. Our entire farm program is on hold while we navigate collateral damage of millions of dollars in local grant money going unpaid in 2025. We appreciate the support and community outreach as we hold the vision that our programs and incoming mentees will have a farm to come home to this season!
