We practice regenerative farming and full-scale farmers market and food hub marketing at our farm. We promote team development, mental wellness, and personal contribution as much as tasks, planning, and procedures.﻿

Affordable land access, especially in buffered areas for authentic regenerative farming methods, remains at the top of beginning farmer challenges. And likely always will. We are continuously eager to meet landowners willing to allow our mentees space to grow under the direction of mentor farmers﻿
This Ministry connects established farmers, land owners and regenerative farming experts with individuals curious about pursuing a farming or foodpreneur vocation.

If your submission is a match with our program foundation, we will interview and introduce you to experienced mentors who align with your goals. You will learning timing, topic and required commitment of engaging with our vocational training. 8 week to full season tracks are available. Cost and Commitment varies.

Whether you choose on-farm training or virtual mentorship for advancement of your current farming vocation, you'll receive personalized guidance and achieve your customized skillset. We offer access to additional resources and workshops to support your continuous professional growth even beyond our mentorship timeline.
